Creating a Water Drop

The Pen tool is very easy to use if you know how. In this tutorial I’ll show you how to create a simple drop of water, note that this tutorial is for beginners who have never used the Pen tool.

One of the “tricks” the Pen tool is to use the fewest possible shooters, the shooters are those squares where it changes direction and join the lines.

1. Select the Pen tool and you click on any part of nuetra document, then up the mouse and a click, the distance is the size of our drop of water.

2. Then back to the first shooter we did and we Otor click to close the figure. Since we close the handles will disappear and we will only have a line in the document. Even with the Pen Tool selected, press Ctrl while you click on the line for shooters to come back.

3. Since the handles are visible by pressing Alt and the mouse positioned on the lower handle. Your cursor should change to a form as “angle.” Hold down Alt and we click and move the pointer to the right side, this is going to make out two shooters shooter more than these are used to bend the lines.

4. We click on another layer and we can see that our drop of water is ready and it was very easy to do.
