Step A

Create text effect
Step 1
The first thing we do is link all the text layers by clicking the box next to the eye of each coatOnce linked the layers press Ctrl + E to bring them together in one coat we call text. Step 2

Step IV

*** The Ring ***
Step 1
We must pass the ring to our document without the background, put it under the coat Text copy and call Ring, Duplicate this coat (Ring copy) will apply Filter / Blur / Radial Blur Amount: 100 Method: zoom, press Ctrl + F about 10 times (to repeat the action of the filter) and duplicate it coat.
Step 2
Put on coat Ring and you click the icon on the bottom create a coat call it new color, you click on the color front and put the parameters R: 146 G: 0 B: 0 Click OK and alt + supr to fill the coat red, change the mode fusion to Overlay.
Press the letter D (sets the default colors) We moved into the coat Clouds and make it visible, we add a mask coat, With the Gradient tool color front / transparent: composite with a soft Brush we removing what is left of Clouds. Duplicate the coat Clouds and change the mode Plot and fusion to do the same with that of Ring.
Step 3
Finally we create a coat on top of everything, and write the Text tool THE TWO TOWERS press Ctrl + T and W we 365px. Al.16px. We can change the color to R: 174 G: 153 B: 79 and put in place.
