Creating a Water Drop

The Pen tool is very easy to use if you know how. In this tutorial I’ll show you how to create a simple drop of water, note that this tutorial is for beginners who have never used the Pen tool.

One of the “tricks” the Pen tool is to use the fewest possible shooters, the shooters are those squares where it changes direction and join the lines.

Photoshop Styles and Gradients

The Styles in PhotoShop are a kind of mask that is applied over the layers to give different effects. The text is ideal for banners,headers, footers and even advertisements.
To display this palette we go to ‘Window / Styles. And as always you have to add them to install the following folder:

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe PhotoShop CS3\Presets\Styles

Those who appear in this list are styles 2.0, which contain different gradients and some to apply to fonts.

I also included some degraded pre 2.0 style These gradients are used to paint as if it were filled with paint pot, either layer or selection. These files with extension. Gradients are copied into the folder “Gradients” presets within the route that I passed up. Continue reading

Something I’ve been asked much during this time is how to use the resources posted on the blog, either Brushes (Brushes), patterns or styles, the question is always how to apply.
