Step 1

Create a 750×450 document and apply Filter / Render /Clouds difference, press Ctrl + F several times to repeat the same filter

Press Ctrl + J to duplicate the coat then we took with Ctrl + T Transform tool by pressing the right button a menu will we contextual and select Flip Horizontal and accept double clicking the left button.

Step 3

Overlay and chose mode Fusion and press Ctrl + E to collect and repeat layers Step 2 but this time choose Flip Vertical and mode Linear Dodge merger will become pressured and Ctrl + E.

Step 4

Select image /Mode/ Grayscale, repeat the process but this time select Color Indexed (gives better results doing so directly), and finally image /Mode/ Table colored and in the drop-down select black body, change the Mode to RGB and call this coat Clouds by double clicking on it.

—Create Text—

Although you can use another font for this case use the Times New Roman I think it is one of the most common.

Step A

In the same document we create a new coat we call the Fund, the Black color fill and put it below the previous coat Clouds hiding it, press Ctrl + R to get the rules and guidelines put in the following position (if the units are in pixels not go to Edit / Preferences / Units & Rulers and place the units in pixels)
Vertical: 150 and 630
Horizontal: 200 and 250

Step B

Select the text tool and write uppercase, The Bold and 24pt style. doubled twice coat text that we have created and one of them by OF THE change and we placed more or less in place with the Move tool (see Fig)

Create text effect

Step 1

The first thing we do is link all the text layers by clicking the box next to the eye of each coatOnce linked the layers press Ctrl + E to bring them together in one coat we call text. Double this coat (Text copy) press Ctrl + I (to change the color to Black) will apply Filter / Blur / Gaussian Blur 2px.la put under the coat Text and move a 1 or 2 pixels down and right.

We have to have four layers of bottom-up Fund, copy Text, Text and Clouds (The latter not visible).

Step 2

Step 3

Back in the Layers Palette, select the coat Text and Filter / Render / Lighting Effects with the parameters of the figure below.

Once applied the effect press Ctrl + M (Image / Adjustments / Curves) and create the items listed in the following figure.

Step IV

Let’s give a little color to the letters,Layer/ New coat Adjustment / Hue / Saturation to change the parameters and 49/38/-41 mode fusion to Overlay.

*** The Ring ***

Step 1

We must pass the ring to our document without the background, put it under the coat Text copy and call Ring, Duplicate this coat (Ring copy) will apply Filter / Blur / Radial Blur Amount: 100 Method: zoom, press Ctrl + F about 10 times (to repeat the action of the filter) and duplicate it coat.

Step 2

Put on coat Ring and you click the icon on the bottom create a coat call it new color, you click on the color front and put the parameters R: 146 G: 0 B: 0 Click OK and alt + supr to fill the coat red, change the mode fusion to Overlay.

Press the letter D (sets the default colors) We moved into the coat Clouds and make it visible, we add a mask coat, With the Gradient tool color front / transparent: composite with a soft Brush we removing what is left of Clouds. Duplicate the coat Clouds and change the mode Plot and fusion to do the same with that of Ring.

Step 3

Finally we create a coat on top of everything, and write the Text tool THE TWO TOWERS press Ctrl + T and W we 365px. Al.16px. We can change the color to R: 174 G: 153 B: 79 and put in place.

1 .- To achieve the effect of this text, we create a document for example 750x200px with black background with white letters and write our text.

2 .- We moved to the Channels palette and duplicate any channel. (Eg blue) Blue copy.

3 .- Apply Filter / Blur / Gaussian Blur (3 to 4 px.), Choose Image / Adjustments / Brightness / Contrast and apply Brightness: -19 Contrast: -40.

4 .- Double the Blue channel will copy and Blue copy 2, we apply the filter Others / Horizontal Offset: +1 Vertical: +1.

5.-display the menu screen / Calculate the values Source: 1 Channel: Blue copy Source: 2 Channel: Blue copy 2 Mergers: The difference we will create the alpha channel 1.

6.-We enforce Image / Adjustments / Auto Levels and moved to the layers palette where we will create a new layer and choose Selection / Load Selection Channel: Alpha 1. and if we set the foreground color white color with Alt + Del will apply this color to the selection (hide the text layer to see the effect).

7.-We can only duplicate this layer it under Gaussian Blur and apply a few 7px. (We can duplicate this layer as well).

8.-Finally we make a new layer above all and will the Gradient tool we apply the gradient one we like I chose the Blue, Red Yellow and change the blending mode to Overlay with the result that you see in the figure below.
